SAME DAY SHIPPING
If your order is placed before 4:00PM EST, it will be shipped the same day, except for weekends and holidays, when it will be shipped on the following business day.
FREE SHIPPING
We offer free shipping with Canada Post Expedited service on all orders over $100.00 before tax.
PROOF OF AGE
To comply with Bill 45, starting immediately, we will be using Canada Post’s Proof of Age (19+) option for all shipments.
This option requires a signature to be obtained upon delivery of the shipment. If you are not home when delivery is attempted, the package will be held at your nearest post office, where you will have to show Proof of Age and sign to receive the package.
If Canada Post age verification was not provided, and the package comes back to us, you will be issued a refund LESS a 15% restocking fee and our actual cost for shipping and handling. Once we receive the package, you will be issued a refund.
When your age is verified (after a successful delivery) – You will be exempt from having to sign for all packages.
DELIVERY TIME
If the order is placed before 4pm ET, we will ship your order the same day, excluding holidays and weekends. Orders placed on Friday after 4pm, Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on the following Monday.To find out Canada Post delivery times, please go to their website:

We only use 2 of the services – Xpresspost and Expedited Parcel. We offer $10.00 flat rate across Canada for Expedited Parcel. If your order is more than $100.00 before taxes, this service is free of charge!
You have the option of upgrading to Xpresspost for $15.00 during the checkout of your order.
After you place your order, we will create a shipping label on Canada Post’s system using the shipping address that you’ve provided. If you made a mistake in your shipping address, THERE IS NO WAY FOR US TO CORRECT IT AFTER THE PARCEL IS DROPPED OFF AT THE POST OFFICE. Canada Post will not re-direct or perform any corrections on an address while the parcel is in transit. If the parcel is undeliverable (no such address exists) it will be returned to us, and then we can ship it again to the correct address. If the postal code is incorrect, it will cause a delay, but usually Canada Post is able to find a correct postal code and deliver your package. If you have provided an address that is incorrect but valid, it will be delivered to that address.
After the shipping label is created, Canada Post will send an email to the email address you have provided us with, indicating a tracking number for your package. Please check your Spam/Junk mail folder if you have not received your notification and you believe your order has been shipped.
You can then go to the Canada Post website and track your package.
Please understand that after your package has been dropped off at the post office, we have no control over it, it is in Canada Post’s hands and all of the questions regarding your package should be directed to Canada Post at that point. We will gladly assist you in any dealings with Canada Post, such as making a claim or creating a service ticket. Please email us if you need our help.
WRONG ITEM
If we make a mistake in filling your order and you receive a wrong item, please inform us within 24 hours of receiving your order by emailing us at info@ivapeonline.ca . Please, do not open or use incorrect items. We will email you a return Canada Post label so that you can send this item back to us. We will ship you the correct item free of charge or give you a store credit if you prefer.
ADDITIONAL INSURANCE
Your package is automatically insured up to $100.00. If your order is over a $100, and you’d like to add full insurance coverage to your package, you can do so by selecting “Add”. If Canada Post loses a package, we will only credit orders up to $100.00 if no additional insurance was added.
